Kris, founder of Wicked Wax, approached me to redesign and migrate her existing website to Squarespace. Kris needed to enhance the functionality and aesthetics to support her business growth and better align with the brand’s bold and vibrant identity.

To help new clients feel informed and comfortable, we emphasised the creation of long-form content through a blog journal and custom FAQ pages. These elements were designed to provide detailed information, answer common questions and establish a welcoming environment from the moment visitors arrive on the site.

The new design focused on creating a cleaner and more cohesive visual style that complements the brand’s bold and bright colours.

Design Notes

I ensured accessibility was a key priority; the entire client journey—from landing on the homepage to booking an appointment—needed to be seamless and user-friendly.
