  • Once you love the design, I will work my magic to turn the design into a real, working website ensuring every pixel is perfect and everything is seamless. Get ready to see your dream website become a reality!

  • Finally, it's time to show off your new website to the world! I’ll help you launch your website and be there to provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure your new online home continues to shine.

FAQs

I’ve popped together some helpful info about website design projects. If I’ve missed your question or you need more info get in touch – I’d love to help!

  • Fill out the enquiry form and you’ll hear from me in 2-3 business days. If I think we are a good fit I'll send along a link to schedule a Disco Call where we can chat all about you and your business dreams.

  • Yes! I ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my design schedule then the remaining balance on completion of the design project. Payment methods accepted include BACs, Debit/Credit card and Paypal.

  • I will send you a Website Content Planner which will guide you through all the website content (imagery + text) you will need to prepare for your website. Once complete you will receive a design start date.

    The most important thing you need to have in place before I start creating your website is your brand identity, including these specific assets:

    ✸ Your logo(s) (including a vector like an SVG or EPS file)

    ✸ Your brand colour palette*

    ✸ Your brand fonts for headings, subheadings and body text*

    ✸ Any imagery like photography, custom illustrations or icons.

    If you’re unsure about your current brand identity either describe what you do have in your enquiry form or drop me an email and I’ll take a look.

    *A brand colour palette and fonts are included in the design process if you don’t have this in place.

  • Absolutely! If your brand isn’t quite ready, I can create a brand identity that aligns perfectly with your vision. A full brand identity will be quoted separately - simply fill in the enquiry form and we can chat about what you need on our Disco Call.

  • Throughout the design project, I'll be there to provide guidance and support when it comes to website copy. I'll offer helpful prompts and suggestions to ensure your content shines. If you're looking for professional copywriting or photography services, I have a network of talented contacts I'd be happy to recommend.

  • Our communication will be via email after our initial Disco Call. I will typically share design work in a pre-recorded presentation format with live links to design files, then follow-up emails to discuss refinements and handover.

  • Yes! Once we’ve completed your project you will have exclusive access to VIP Design Day rates and monthly retainers as your brand continues to grow. As a past client, simply send me an email and I’ll reach back out to book a design consultation with you.
